What do we mean by Customer Care?
When you purchase your new home, you receive a two-year Northstone builder warranty and a ten-year NHBC Buildmark warranty, to give you peace of mind. The first two years of your NHBC Buildmark warranty run alongside the two-year Northstone builder warranty.
It is important to be aware of what Northstone will take care of in the event of an unforeseen defect in your new home. But it is as equally important that we provide clarity on the things we do not cover, and naturally would expect you as the homeowner to take personal ownership of. You can be assured that all defects caused by faulty products or workmanship are covered in our two-year warranty.
Please always remember, that no home anywhere within our neighbourly world is exactly the same as another. More details on what we do and don’t cover are on our Aftersales page here.
Don’t just listen to us. We’re totally bias and love what we do.
Here’s what our residents say:
“Up to this point, we just weren’t big fans of new build houses. But, after visiting Northstone, we decided we didn’t just want one as our starter home, but as a long-term family home. We had to have one on Tulach.”
“Every interaction with the Northstone team has been brilliant. They answered every question helpfully, and the design team were amazing in helping my dream become a reality.”
“These days, the team at Silkash feel more like friends who live in the neighbourhood.”
“Northstone did all they could to make the move as seamless as possible, and we felt so excited every time we visited the property and saw our home coming to life!”
New Homes Quality Board (NHQB)
We have registered with the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) and signed up to the New Homes Quality Code which is now applicable to reservations made with Northstone from the 2nd May 2023.
All homes built and completed going forwards will be covered by the Code, to ensure that every aspect of a new home purchased with Northstone is covered, from when you initially walk into our Huddles, through to two years after the occupation of the home.
Full details on NHQB can be found on their website here.
