Our Smooth Move scheme helps make buying your new home much easier and quicker by letting us assist with the sale of your current home.
If you want to move to a new home but still have a property to sell, our assisted move scheme is your answer and your new Northstone home awaits…
It takes just five simple steps to your new home with this easy move scheme documented below 👇
Step 1.
Pick your neighbourhood
First, choose which of our neighbourhoods you’d like live in.
- Airie, Bolton
- Keld, Barrowford
- Tulach, Wigan
- Glisk, Ellesmere Port
- Silkash, Westhoughton
Step 2.
Choose your home
Choose one of the homes that are currently released for sale and we’ll provisionally reserve it.*
Step 3.
Put your home on the market
Smooth Move will then assist you in selling your current home:
We’ll instruct 2 local agents to get the best deal for you. If you’re happy with the valuation then we’ll put it on the market.
Step 4.
Keep the process moving
We’ll take the strain and liaise with:
- Estate agents
- Solicitors & conveyancers
- Your buyer’s chain, if there is one – phew!
We’ll now move this process right through to the sale of your home, keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
Step 5.
The final step
With your house sold, and the purchase of your Northstone home already agreed – you can now move into your fantastic new home!

*If your current house does not sell within an agreed period, our sales executive may have to move your reservation to a later build home (subject to availability) as all plot reservations are contingent upon build-to-completion timeframes.
