Our homes are designed to flex around your lifestyle. We create clever areas that give you more choice when it comes to how you use each room. Well-sized rooms and high ceilings create a generous sense of space, that can be adapted no matter your need. Whether it’s a study, a playroom for the little ones, or a games room, you’ll have the space to create a home that fits perfectly around you and your family.
Floorplans for you and yours
Up to a certain build stage, we give you the opportunity to choose the layout of the ground floor that works best for you*.
Would you prefer an open plan kitchen for entertaining guests, and a cosy living room? Or a larger living space looking out onto your garden with a more intimate kitchen? No problem. You can choose to house the kitchen at the front and the living room at the back, or vice versa. We’ll make whatever works best for you happen.

So much more than just a *Shed
We believe garages encourage clutter and aren’t the best way to use space, so all of our homes come with two parking spaces, as standard. You can also opt to include a *Shed in the garden on properties where they do not come as standard. Our innovative *Shed can be used in the traditional sense, for extra storage outdoors, or you can upgrade it to add windows, heating and Wi-Fi, transforming it into an extra room to be used however you want. Home office, gym or art studio? The choice is yours.
‘Lootility’
In most of our homes you’ll find a lootility, the unique space we’ve created to combine a downstairs toilet with a utility room.
By removing the washing machine and tumble dryer from the kitchen, and incorporating a lootility instead, you have a dedicated area to tackle laundry, and your kitchen will remain a stress-free space for your family and guests.

Upgrades
Throughout your home, there are opportunities for upgrades to add a little more luxury.
